Way of Payment
Your payment and personal information is safeguarded at Phos gourmet by the Alpha Bank e-commerce. You can pay via credit card, debit card or prepaid card.

Delivery/Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated per individual shipment and are based on the total weight of your order. While placing your order you will be informed about this cost.

Invalid Address
Please make sure that the address of the recipient is correct before submitting your order to us. In case of an incorrect address, we will do our best with the customer to achieve that the proper recipient receives the order. If it proves that the address was given wrong during the initial order entry, then the customer will be held fully responsible for the cost of re- shipping a package that was initially sent to an invalid address.

Order Tracking
We ship via Hellenic Post Courier Services to countries all over the world. We provide you with an order tracking number in the email order confirmation that you receive from us.

Policy on Refunds & Returns
Phos Gourmet guarantees to continuously offer superb products to its clientelle. Although our packing procedure is carefully carried out spoilage/damage may occur while in transit to the indicated destination. In this remote occasion and after confirmation of the whole shipping procedure, Phos Gourmet may either forward you a replacement or refund you for the item. In the case of return, please contact us regarding guidelines for this procedure. Shipping costs are not refundable. The consumer has the right to return a product until 10 days after receipt of the goods. We will refund you via the Credit Card Company.
