The first outcome is the extra virgin olive oil PHOS.

This ultra premium and limited production olive oil is produced from our privately owned olive groves and according to the implementation of integrated biological methods of cultivation. Our production unit is certified with the prestigious GLOBAL GAP Protocol (Good Agricultural Practice).

“PHOS” olive oil is obtained directly and solely from the words finest Koroneiki variety olive trees, only by mechanical means , via cold – pressed (under 26 oC) procedure within a few hours from harvest and is bottled traditionally.

The PHOS Extra Virgin Olive Oil has impeccable qualitative characteristics (very low acidity and excellent absorptions controlled by acknowledged laboratories) and fascinating after taste, due to the combination of high level know how from our production unit along  with the unceased passion of our people.
